Missing Ingredient, Inc. is seeking full-time Area Coordinators to aid in the management of all aspects of an assigned territory. We are searching for highly-motivated leaders with a minimum of 3 years of beauty experience preferred. Strong sales ability required.                   Industry experience with prestige retailers such as Sephora, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Macys, Ulta and Bluemercury is a plus.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements include, but are not limited to:​

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work and sell in all prestige cosmetic retailers

• Recruit, hire, train and manage Brand Ambassadors for multiple brands 

• Conduct account visits to maintain relationships with retail store management and staff, attend store management meetings

• Book and execute trainings

• Create and execute events

• Analyze stock and inventory levels

• Organize merchandising areas

• Must be able to travel frequently

• Must be technologically skilled and have experience using mobile platforms
