PRESIDENT/FOUNDER

Dina boasts over 38 years of experience within the wonderful world of beauty. Her knowledge, managerial style and sales ability along with her unrivaled passion and tireless work ethic helped her achieve positions with some of the top prestige beauty brands in the industry. Dina has worked for Estee Lauder, YSL, Annick Goutal Parfums and Guerlain. She has also played a strategical part in launching and managing Caudalie, Dr. Perricone and Dr. Brandt Skincare. Later, she became Dr. Brandt’s first President of Retail Sales. Dina founded Missing Ingredient in 2004. Today, she draws from her career and strives to provide brands the best possible training, education and sales support experience within the beauty industry. Dina maintains business and personal relationships with many “icons” of the beauty industry and is proud to call them friends. She was a speaker at Cosmoprof, Las Vegas 2017.

TERRY LAWRENCE

CFO/COO

From corporate America, Terry brings much experience and success with rapidly-growing companies. He held senior executive positions within The Casual Male and Bugle Boy Industries. Later, as an entrepreneur and President of Trademark Mfg. Inc. his company manufactured products for Callaway Golf, FOX Sports, major Hollywood studios, retailers, beauty companies and became an approved vendor for L’Oréal. Terry became 50% financial owner and CFO / COO of Missing Ingredient, Inc. in 2011. Within Missing Ingredient, he manages the revenue, negotiates all Brand Partner agreements and works closely with Dina and the Corporate Office team in all financial and operational elements of the company.
